Return Policy

We value your business. If you're not completely satisfied with the XP-Pen experience, just follow our 2 step return.

 

2 Step Return Process

Step 1: Contact customer support at +1 657-445-6129,  Mon-Fri 10am to 5pm p.s.t

             Or Email us at  service@xp-pen.com  (Recommend) 

Step 2: Ship the item back via the cheapest shipping to assigned place.


Graphic tablets/displays/tracing pad:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days upon receipt of the device. 

Products must be in like new condition with no signs of customer abuse.

Original sales package and all items included must be returned to receive credit.

 

For Accessories:

We gladly accept returns within 15 days of purchase. 


Return with quality issues

Please provide following information within 30 days (from date of purchase) to request a return/refund:

A. Product serial number (on the back of the unit);

B. Product order number;

C. A video or some pictures that can show the problem clearly.


Return without quality issues

If you are not satisfied with the product you bought or if you have some other subjective views, 5% restocking fee and return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer if return without defect within 30 days (from date of purchase).
